The filing indicates that the total offering is for $22M and that there were seven investors in this close. The filing also lists John Vrionis of Unusual Ventures and George Mathew of Insight Partners as Directors. Founded by Jared Parker and Patrick Dougherty in 2020, Rasgo Intelligence has now raised a total of $25.6M in reported equity funding.
